Last week we welcomed over fifty new students to our ministry center… We’ve got a new Discipleship Training School (DTS) underway, our Intro to Primary Health Care School (IPHC), a School of Music in Missions (SOMM), and a Staff Leadership Internship (SLI).
All of our schools are designed to help young people grow in their relationship with God… as well as equip them to use their gifts, skills, and passions to serve people and serve Jesus.
There’s a lot of buzz on base right now as new students settle in and we pursue what God has for us together both here and in the nations.
Here’s a little sneak peak of the SOMM’s first week of this new quarter…
These guys are passionate about exploring ways to use music to reach out and make a difference in people’s lives. They learn about the technical side of music (production, sound, songwriting, etc.) as well as the heart of an artist (music in evangelism, etc.).
